FAQs

Q: Can I order online and pick up in store?

A: Once you place an order online, you CAN NOT pick it up in the store, it will have to be shipped but you can come to our store locally and purchase hair.

Q: What is the difference between Virgin Hair and Raw Hair?

A: This is a very tricky question; Virgin hair is steamed to achieve different textures. Raw hair has not been altered in any way by steam or chemical treatment.

Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor. The virgin hair has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes. All the cuticles are intact and moving in the same direction.

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor. It has never been chemically processed or had any heat applied to it. Raw hair comes in its natural state unlike virgin hair. This is the highest quality hair on the market. Raw hair is very natural looking and blends very well with coarser hair textures.

It is very important to remember that raw hair is all virgin hair but not ALL virgin hair is raw hair. This is the main difference between virgin hair and raw hair. It’s all about preference and the texture and look you’re wanting to achieve.

Q: How many bundles are needed for a full head?

A: For lengths shorter than 18”, 2 bundles can be used for a full head. 18” and longer it is recommended to purchase 3 or more bundles depending on your desired fullness. 24” or longer 4 to 5 bundles might be needed for a full head and look. Always remember, the longer the length the shorter the weft.

Q: How long will it take to receive my wig?

A: Wigs are custom made when ordered, therefore it is first come first serve. Wigs could take up to 2-3 weeks to create depending on length or added color and/or customization. In those 2-3 weeks, this does not include the shipping. Shipping takes 2-5 business days once your wig is shipped.

Q: Will I be able to part the 5x5 Closure Wig any way?

A: The 5x5 Closure wigs are primarily for middle parting but in most cases, you can adjust the wig for a side part but we cannot  guarantee it will be a comfortable fit. For versatile parting we recommend purchasing a Lace Frontal wig. In the near future, we will be offering 6x6 and 7x7 Lace Closure wigs that will give you almost the same versatility as the Lace Frontal wigs.

Q: If the wig cap is too big, am I able to return it?

A: Unfortunately, after a wig is purchased you cannot return it for another size due to sanitary issues as well as it being a custom wig. Before purchasing, please measure the circumference of your head to know which size cap to purchase. All of our wigs come with an adjustable band so you’ll be able to adjust it to a smaller size if the cap is too big.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale but you can purchase our vendors’ list on our website if interested in starting your own successful hair business. The investment is definitely worth it.

Q: I received my hair and it looks shorter than the length I ordered. Did you send out the wrong length?

A: Hair is measured to the stretched length so if you purchased wavy or curly hair, it will appear shorter. Once stretched out it will measure to the accurate length you purchased. If wanting a longer look, it is best to measure 2” to 4” longer when purchasing any type of Wavy or Curly hair.

Q: Can I expedite my order?

A: We do offer expedited shipping but you must call us first before placing your order online to ensure hair is in stock. Wigs cannot be expedited.

Q: What is the difference between HD Lace and Transparent Lace? Which Lace is better?

A: HD Lace & Transparent Lace are both high quality  Swiss Lace. HD lace is thinner than Transparent Lace making it more undetectable than Transparent Lace when installed. Transparent Lace is a great Lace but it would need to be tinted and tweaked in order for the Lace to be undetectable. Please note, Transparent Lace is more durable than HD Lace due to it being thicker than HD Lace, whereas HD Lace is very delicate.

Q: The SEA Collection, what is it? What is the inspiration behind the name? What type of hair is included?
