We have a no refund policy. If you would like to cancel a placed order, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. There will be a 10% Cancellation Fee on all orders automatically during cancellation.

 

During the holidays please allow an extra 3-4 days to receive items on top of our normal shipping policy.

 

At the moment shipping takes 5-10 business days, (not including Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed after 7pm CST will be processed the Next Business Day. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail. If your order is over $250 it does require a signature. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

 

All wig orders are custom made, therefore, we do not start production until ordered.

PRODUCTION TIME FOR UNITS ARE 2-3 WEEKS, (not including shipping) UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!!

We do offer Expedited Shipping you must give us a call at 678-786-9297 BEFORE placing your order for this service. No, we do not offer overnight shipping, only expedited shipping meaning you can receive your hair within 2-3 business days depending on your expedited shipping option. You can however request shipping through a prepaid overnight service.
